• 1. Facility Management & Lab Development: Leading the Precision Fabrication Facility and developing Rehabilitation Devices, Industrial Design, and Biomechanics laboratories.
• 2. Medical Device Translation: Advancing cardiovascular devices across the translational spectrum, from PDA Occluder development and ChitraTiN coronary stent nearing preclinical evaluation to ChitraCore coronary stent with CDSCO manufacturing licence and planned post-market clinical follow-up.
• 3. Research & Innovation: Focused on shape-memory alloys, terahertz-based NDE for QA/QC of implants, and VR/AR/XR technologies for rehabilitation.
