  • ‘Development of high strength Ti6Al4V castings for orthopedic implants’, funded by Technical Research Center, SCTIMST via the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India PoC. phase of the project comprising (i) downstream process heat treatment development and (ii) device design, modeling, fabrication and testing, starting Dec. 2019, is ongoing.

  • Developed swab collection and examination booths (non-classified medical devices) as part of COVID-19 fast-track projects and transferred these technologies with supporting documentation viz. technical specification and costing, validation reports and instructions-for-use documents, to companies such as HLL Lifecare Ltd., TVS Supply Chain Solution Ltd., etc.
