Professional Experience

  • Mechanical Engineer with expertise in fluid dynamics and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). I have extensive experience spanning the Power & Gas and Aerospace sectors, and I am currently working in the Biomedical Engineering domain. I am focused on applying engineering principles to innovative medical device development.
  • Worked at Siemens Ltd for 1.5 years on the Large Gas Turbines used for power generation. Was mainly working on the performance analysis of compressors of the newly developed engines and validation of the results with the data from test bed.
  • Worked at Cyient Ltd for 4.5 year on passenger aircraft engines. The work was mainly on the design, computational modelling and performance analysis of the intake and exhaust system of aircraft engines. Have also worked on the analysis of combustor and compressor parts. Worked on the process automation of the whole combustor analysis and automation of various routine analysis. Have worked on turoshaft and turbofan engines.

  • Fluid structure interaction evaluation to study the opening characteristics of Voice prosthesis device
  • Conducted study for the risk management of Flow diverter stent and prepared report on the same
  • Developed complete methodology to extract anatomical data from MRI
