Current Activities

• Mentor for Intellectual Property activities of Technology Transfer Office (TIPS-Technology transfer & Intellectual Property Services) at SCTIMST-TIMed funded by National Biopharma Mission, BIRAC

• Coordinate corporate activities of the institute for identifying the Exhibitions to be attended and depute man power for the same and also liaison its costs & expenditure with the accounts department.
• Placement Coordinator for academic programs of the institute.
• Search Prior art for both patent and non patent literature and Generate novelty reports for concepts of medical devices identified by the inventors.
• Create Patent landscaping reports for requested concepts to identify less claimed areas of the problems highlighted.
• Submit the identified patent applications in consultation with the inventors before the PCT committee and justify its potentiality for proceeding for PCT filing, later manage all its operations including filing and maintenance.
• All activities related to Intellectual Property of the institute, including discussion with the inventors to identify the patentability of their concepts, IP filing, and maintenance.
