Follow the instructions given by Security\/ Information\/ Reception for movements inside hospital. Avoid crowding especially in corridors. As a doctor can see only ONE patient at a time, help the nurses in the patient regulation and be seated in the chairs provided till you are called by nurse\/ MSW or your token number is displayed in the display boards.<\/p>\n
Only one relative will be allowed along with the patient, to the hospital OPD. In exceptional cases, more relatives could be permitted by hospital authorities.<\/p>\n
Services and consultation will be based on first come first serve basis.<\/p>\n
Normally the registration, initial consultation and OP investigations will cost Rs 1000 (approx).<\/p>\n
Since the consultation and medical examination are time consuming, the patients are requested to wait patiently till their turn. At times the whole day may be required for the consultations.<\/p>\n
Ensure to follow the date and time given to you from the hospital for review consultations, investigations, tests, admission\/ surgery and review visits.<\/p>\n
As the number of patient consultations is restricted, those coming without prior appointment would be examined only if the patient requires urgent attention.<\/p>\n
If a patient misses an appointment, the MRD may be informed over telephone 2524415 or 2524436\/ by a letter\/ through e-mail and a fresh date and time for consultation will be obtained.<\/p>\n
After consultation, please collect the appointment token for review consultation (if advised by the doctor), from the MRD counter located near the concerned OPD.<\/p>\n
